I am not responsible if you provide an incorrect address for your items. I ship to the address that is provided on your Etsy receipt. It is your responsibility to provide a current and valid address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. A link to purchase a new shipping label will be provided upon shop reopening.

I am not held responsible for lost/stolen packages or delays due to the USPS. Delivery times are estimates as provided by the USPS and are not guaranteed. COVID-19, weather conditions, holidays or other circumstances in your area could possibly alter that time frame. Please understand that once a package leaves our hands we cannot control USPS, you can always use your tracking info to find more about your package.

If your item arrives broken or damaged due to USPS, you must provide photos of the item in its original state for insurance purposes within 7 days of receiving the item (which will be confirmed by the tracking information). Photos of the item, including the damaged area AND all packaging are required. At that point, I will send out your replacement item. If you are unable to provide photos, or you do not contact me within 2 days of receiving the item, a replacement CANNOT be sent. You MUST hold onto all packaging and damaged items for 2 weeks as required by USPS. A snippet from the USPS website for insurance claims: “If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package. If a claim is filed because some or all of the contents are missing or damaged, the addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received. Upon written request by the USPS®, the addressee must make this proof available to the local Post Office® for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.”

All items are handmade to order and may contain imperfections. Colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to monitor variations.
